We have made it: 800 km in 10 days for children in Malawi

    Tuesday, 22 April, 2014

On 3rd April, Danni Worth and his son Tom set off on the Camino de Santiago by bicycle from Roncesvalles. Along the 800 km route they crossed eight provinces, riding mainly along paths and tracks.

We are so grateful for the support and encouragement we received from friends, customers and suppliers. As one can see on the page we have provided to channel donations, we have now raised more than €10,000, which was the initial challenge for this project.

If you would like to "reward" the effort made by Tom and Danni, you can still go to that page and make donations until the end of June.

All of the money raised will be channelled towards Mary's Meals, a charity that feeds and educates the 952 students at Chigwaja Primary School in Blantyre, in the south of Malawi, one of the world's poorest communities.

Many thanks to everyone who has supported Op de Beeck & Worth with this new charitable work.
