      Have you ever considered the responsibility which Presidents and Boards of Communities of Owners take on, and the consequences of their actions? Has anyone ever made a claim against you for failing to act with due diligence? Claims from unpaid creditors, breach of trade agreements, data protection, inappropriate investments, poor management, failure to comply with statutory regulations etc... These are just some examples of claims which can be brought against a President or Board of a Community of Owners.

      Did you know that one out of eight women is diagnosed with Breast Cancer? Just in Spain, there are 20.000 new cases of breast cancer diagnosed every year. On a global level there is a yearly increase between 0.7 and 1.6%... Also, breast cancer is becoming more and more frequent amongst young woman; according to the British Cancer Research UK, 10.068 women under the age of 50 were diagnosed with this illness. This represents an increase of 11% compared to the same period 10 years ago.

      ODBW's Managing Director Danni Worth, recently took part in a conference arranged by Reale Seguros in Madrid where the guest speaker was D. Cosimo Chiesa, a Professor at the prestigeous IESE Business School and President of Barna Consulting Group.

      This was followed by a lunch with leading Brokers from the Spanish market, and then on to the Carlos Sainz go-karting circuit in Madrid, where 60 brokers fought it out over 5 heats for a place in the final. Danni qualified in 2nd place on the grid for the final which he went on to win.
